Injection moulding represents the most economical method for achieving mass production of this product. We can manufacture precision pin wheels with tooth widths as small as 0.1mm and tooth depths exceeding twice the width, with dimensional consistency across all teeth maintained within ±1%. Furthermore, the pin wheel can be designed as an integrated component with the bearing seat and locating flange, simplifying the encoder's internal structure while enhancing assembly efficiency and concentricity.
