AI Glasses Hinge

This AI smart glasses hinge body is manufactured using Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology. MIM combines the shape freedom of plastic injection molding with the material versatility of powder metallurgy, enabling one-piece forming of complex 3D geometries that are difficult to machine. The hinge body is a core structural component connecting the frame and temple, requiring high precision, strength, and wear resistance. We use 316L stainless steel powder through mixing, injection, debinding, sintering, and post-processing. Density reaches ≥7.8 g/cm³, tensile strength ≥500 MPa, hardness HRC 20-30. Surface finishes include polishing, sandblasting, and PVD coating.

A3Yes, we offer full custom manufacturing from design to production.  We can produce according to your specifications, drawings, or samples.To start, please provide at least CAD drawings (2D) or 3D models (e.g., STEP, IGES, Pro/E). Our engineering team will then conduct DFM analysis and propose optimized solutions.
