This product is a powder metallurgy compaction sector blade plate for home meat grinders, the powder metallurgy compaction process presses food-grade metal powder into shape in a precision die under high pressure, then sinters at high temperature to metallurgically bond particles, obtaining a high-density, high-strength blade blank. This process is particularly suitable for sector blades with complex shapes and large batches. It enables one-piece forming of edge profiles, mounting holes, and locating slots, reducing machining and cost.
We use food-grade 420 stainless steel or iron-based alloy powder, with density up to 6.4-6.6 g/cm³, tensile strength 500-800 MPa, hardness HRC 40-50 (after heat treatment). Edges are precision ground for long-lasting sharpness, easily grinding meat, vegetables, and garlic. Surfaces are polished and passivated, roughness Ra ≤1.6μm, excellent corrosion resistance, compliant with food contact standards. All production is in clean workshops to ensure hygiene.
