（1）Near-net-shape forming results in extremely high material utilization (over 95%): direct powder pressing requires only a small amount of excess powder, which is recyclable; compared to traditional machining with significant material removal, this significantly saves on the cost of expensive materials such as stainless steel.
（2）Complex geometric structures can be formed in a single process: For example, multi-featured parts such as the drive gears and grinding teeth of grinding discs, containing internal and external teeth, bosses, and blind holes, can be formed in a single pressing process using precision molds, which is difficult or prohibitively expensive to achieve with traditional machining.
（3）Excellent and controllable material properties: Specific powders such as pre-alloyed stainless steel can be selected, and a uniform metallographic structure is obtained through sintering, making it suitable for wear-resistant, high-hardness parts; porous materials such as oil-impregnated self-lubricating bearings can also be manufactured, and the porosity can be precisely controlled through processes such as repressing and impregnation, achieving high density and high strength.
