Oily Shaft Sleeve

A oily shaft sleeve with a uniformly interconnected porous structure is manufactured by mixing high-purity iron powder with appropriate amounts of copper powder and graphite powder, followed by precision pressing and high-temperature sintering. The porosity is precisely controlled within the range of 15-20%, and after vacuum oil impregnation, the lubricant filling rate reaches over 85%. During operation, the heat generated by the oily metal boily shaft sleeve causes the lubricant to seep out from the pores, forming an oil film. When the oily shaft sleeve stops working, the lubricant is absorbed back into the pores, achieving long-term self-lubrication.

Iron-based oily metal bearings: Low cost, high strength, suitable for light to medium loads and general working conditions (such as household appliance motors, small reduction gears).

Copper-based alloy oil metal bearings: Good wear resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, and lower friction coefficient, suitable for high-precision, low-speed precision transmissions (such as precision instruments, automotive micro-motors)
