Two board mold (single parting surface mold)
The structure is the simplest, with only one parting surface. When opening the mold, the moving and fixed molds are directly separated, and the ejected product and gate waste fall off together.
Applicable: Ordinary simple plastic parts, large water inlet products, household appliance shells, daily necessities, precision universal parts, low cost, simple maintenance.
Three board mold (double parting surface mold)
There are two parting surfaces and an additional runner plate. When opening the mold, they are separated in stages, and the product and sprue material are automatically cut off and detached.
Applicable: fine water inlet/sprue feeding, high product appearance requirements, sprue storage, multi cavity precision parts, electronic small parts, appearance plastic shells.
hot runner mold
Cancel the traditional cold runner and install a heating system inside the runner. The plastic will always melt without any gate waste or subsequent glue cutting.
Applicable: Mass production, high appearance requirements, thin-walled parts, engineering plastics (PC/ABS/nylon), automotive parts, precision electronics, medical consumables.
Inverted mold
The ejector mechanism is located on the fixed mold side and is suitable for plastic parts with no ejector pin printing on the outer surface of the product and extremely high requirements for appearance mirror.
Row mold (slider mold)
The mold has a sliding core pulling structure, which solves the problem of product retraction, side holes, and side card slots that cannot be directly demolded.
Applicable: Complex plastic parts with internal and external buckles, charger housings, pipe fittings, and structural plastic parts.
Slant Top Mold (Slant Pin Core Pulling Mold)
Using a slanted top mechanism for small angle core pulling, the structure is smaller than the row position, suitable for small inverted buckles and shallow concave small parts.
Applicable: Small electronic components, precision connectors, thin-walled structural parts.
Core pulling mold
Including hydraulic core pulling, pneumatic core pulling, gear and rack core pulling, targeting deep holes, large side holes, and large inverted plastic parts.
Single cavity mold: one the first mock examination, large pieces, large plastic parts (home appliance panel, car bumper), forming stable.
Multi cavity mold: the first mock examination with multiple cavities (2 cavities, 4 cavities, 8 cavities, 16 cavities or even 32 cavities), small pieces produced in large quantities, fasteners, terminals and bottle caps.
Stacked mold: Double layer/multi-layer stacked structure, doubling production capacity, suitable for small standard parts with low profit and high sales volume.
Gas assisted injection mold
Built in air circuit, injecting high-pressure gas during injection molding to form hollow structures and thick walled parts, reducing shrinkage and weight.
Applicable: handles, pipes, thick walled household appliance structural components.
Two color/multi-color injection mold
Double barrel, rotating mold core structure, one-time molding of two different colors/materials of plastic parts.
Applicable: buttons, anti slip handle, dual color shell, wearable device accessories.
Embedded injection mold
Metal inserts, copper nuts, and hardware components are pre embedded in the mold, and after injection molding, the plastic is integrated with the inserts.
Applicable: Electronic wiring terminals, plastic structural components with nuts, and plastic parts for automotive hardware packaging.
Low temperature/special engineering material mold
Optimization of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high hardness mold cores for PA66, PBT, fiber-reinforced materials, and fuel blocking materials.
Ordinary injection molds: for daily necessities, packaging, and general plastic parts, with average precision.
Precision injection molds: electronic precision parts, connectors, micro structural components, high tolerance, mirror polishing.
