Injection molding: It is necessary to adjust the temperature of the material barrel, injection pressure (50-200MPa), holding time, etc. according to the feeding characteristics to avoid material shortage and flash of the green body;
Degreasing: Using a combination of solvent degreasing, thermal degreasing, and other methods, strictly controlling the temperature curve and atmosphere to prevent cracking and deformation of the green body;
Sintering: Precisely set the temperature (metal melting point 80% -90%), heating rate, holding time, and atmosphere (hydrogen, vacuum, etc.) to avoid sintering deformation or insufficient density.
The size accuracy control sintering has a volume shrinkage of 10% -25%, which needs to be compensated by enlarging the size according to the shrinkage rate during mold design; Regular maintenance and calibration of molds during production, combined with fine-tuning of process parameters, ensure that the final part size accuracy reaches IT8-IT10 levels.
Establish a full process inspection system for quality testing: inspect the appearance and density of the green body; Detection of residual binder content in defatted blanks; Detect the density (relative density ≥ 95%), hardness, strength, and dimensional accuracy of sintered parts, and promptly identify defects.
The harmful gases generated by environmental protection and safety degreasing need to be purified by the exhaust gas treatment system; High temperature operations in sintering furnaces require proper safety protection measures; Collect metal dust during the production process to avoid environmental pollution and personnel health risks.
